A. Absolutely not. We strive to provide you with friendly personal assistant “Companions” to explore your new travel experience.

Q. What is the best way to behave and treat appropriately to your companions along my trip?

A. Suppose our companions are your good friends who are flexible to hang out with you. All you have to do is to let our companions know about your demand. Our companion will support you with all the information to match with your interest, and you will definitely be the one who make a final decision.

Q. How many companions am I able to select for my trip?

A. It depends on you. However, we recommend one companion per small group (maximum travelers 3 people per one companion).

Q. Are your services for singles only?

A. No. Our services are available for everyone who wants a reliable and flexible friend to go along with you.

Q. Is my personal information filled in your website secured and enclosed?

A. Yes. All your information will be secured, and it will not be distributed to any third parties.

Q. Are your services involved with sexual?

A. Absolutely not. Refer to our service criteria, we only provide you a friendly assistant who can provide you with local information and spend time with you during your trip.

Q. What are things that not included in your services charges?

A. Our services price is charged for a companion’s working hours only. Other fees such as transportation, meals, and activities are not included.

Q. Am I a person who makes a decision and choose my preferences about where I can go or what I could do finally or your companion?

A. You are absolutely a decision maker and choose your preferences during your trip.

Q. What languages can your companions speak?

A. Basically, our companions can communicate in English however some companions can speak other languages such as French, Japanese, and Chinese etc. You could find more information about each companion’s profile here... 

Q. Are your companions reliable?

A. Because of our fundamental requirements, all of companions are selected based on CompanionThai.com standard. Our companions are well-trained to provide the most preferable service on the behave manner.

Q. What can or cannot I do?

A. - You cannot bring our companions into your private room.
    - You cannot abuse our companions physically and psychologically.
    - You cannot abandon our companions during your trip.
    - You cannot encourage our companions to do illegal or dangerous activities.
    - You should treat our companions politely.
